OUR PEOPLE
BWG owns the most experience management team in Vietnam in industrial bamboo production. In addition, we have a very strong R&D team that capable of continously improving our technologies and products. Our designer team could develop "never seen before bamboo products".
80 percent of our workers are from local Mai Chau district and all are well trained regularly. 70 percent of workers are Thai minority ethnic women living in Mai Chau.

MACHINERY
We have the most modern machinery and equipment in Vietnam: BWG is the only factory in Vietnam capable of producing full range of industrial bamboo products: laminated bamboo panel, hot-pressed strandwoven bamboo, and cold-pressed strandwoven bamboo.
- Machines and equipments from: Germany, Japan, Taiwan, China, Vietnam.
- Production lines are continuouesly upgraded and automated.
- 05 pressing machines provide the largest capacity in Vietnam: 120,000 m3/year (including both laminated bamboo panels and strandwoven bamboo panels).
WAREHOUSE
BWG is the largest bamboo factory in Vietnam. The company owns a 9-hectare industrial cluster.
The current factory is built on an area of 6 ha and 03 ha of land reserved for future expansion.

The factory is built and maintained with international standards:
- ISO 9001:2015
- BSCI (The Business Social Compliance Initiative - EU).
- FSC (Forest Stewardship Council)
- FDA, LFGB, FCMS (Food contact safety regulations in US, EU..)
- Products are tested by Global testing firm: TUV Rheinland, BUREAU VERITAS
- Glue / Adhesive: We do not make adhesive, we import adhesive from the best international Group: AICA, SA, Dynea.
